    No thanks Prando with regards Appleton. Blackpool did not have to get out of second gear to beat Lincoln - where was Appleton's plan B.

    Not having a plan B could be a positive for the West Brom job! I would bust a gut and get Lampard in - don't particular like the bloke but he would attract decent players and he's great for giving youngsters a go!

    Big Sam lets not kidd ourselvers - he would have stayed had the deal been right - obviously it wasn't and does not seem right for Wilder either! The deal is probably a fiver more than Appleton gets now!

    Think you are right on that score! He looked so clueless and devoid of a plan. To me was Simple, bring on someone to man mark Scott Parker and stop their flow in midfield.

    Same - when Blackpool scored in the Final - he was devoid of any plan B.

    Lincoln have said today ,that Albion have made no official contact with them regards Appleton.
    Albion have always done things by the book.
    Agents do speak to clubs, but for Albion to interview him surely they have to ask permission.
