    Killie player update

A master of the genre: Greg Kiltie, Kyle Lafferty and Mitch Pinnock have decided to move on while Kirk Broadfoot’s time with the club will also come to an end.

    Arf!

If there was even the slightest possibility of affording him, we should be snapping Kyle Lafferty up.

Totally agree him and Watt well worth pairing up front.

If you can guarantee his attitude of the last four months definitely.

If he'll deliver the attitude of most of the last five years definitely not.

    On the BBC gossip page....

Motherwell move quickly to offer Kyle Lafferty a deal following the Northern Ireland striker's Kilmarnock exit. (Scottish Sun)

Lafferty has shown he can still score goals at our level with his performances at Killie but there he had an excellent supplier in Chris Burke, aided by others like Pinnock. We are in need of a good winger (or two) and, above all, a creative midfield player to supply Lafferty - or whoever ends up as our main striker - otherwise we will struggle to score. Personally, I’d rather have Devante Cole than Lafferty as I’m not convinced that the latter’s character is going to enhance the dressing room and at 33 he’s in the twilight of his career.
