I was a guest of Frickley Town along with my father many years ago when Rotherham
    visited in the FA Cup.
Hot oxo with pork pie, but the best was the welcome, from the non league club.

Who's next Real Madrid or Barca?

Why don't we test ourselves against stiffer opposition instead of fodder teams where we score 5, 6 or 7 and think we're ready for the start of the season?

1971 Drew 2-2 at their place and won replay at Millmoor 4-0 (Brian Sawyer played for them in those games)
1986 Won 3-1 at their place

Yes. His wife taught at Monkwood Infants School (I was in her class 1967-68) and I was in the same class as their daughter most of the way through school and at MGS. At that time they lived on Willow Avenue at the bottom of Rawmarsh Welfare, not sure if they ever 'slummed it' in West Avenue where the likes of me and gramiller were born.
