    Portugal just can’t seem to prevent Germany from getting behind them on the flanks. All four goals conceded from a cross or squared pass to middle of the box

    Played the full match. Looked ok at points. Lost for others.

    Good match though. Venezuela tied it up in stoppage time

    Missed that one but did catch the last 15 mins of Atlanta V Philadelphia Union, not technically very impressive but you can't argue with four goals one of which would win worldwide goal of the season any day of the week. An absolute screamer from 30/35 yards out that cannoned between the crossbar bar and the goal line about three times before settling in the net. See if you can find it on you tube.

    The last 20 minutes of the Group B games spiked my heart rate. Belgium win the group but the Danes finish second. Finland will have to wait
