I'll be surprised if he takes anything out of the club in the short term, but who knows what will happen - we are at his mercy.

I agree 123. The sensible option would be to operate on a shoe string and gain promotion then sell! But who knows what his agenda is!

If Lai had any business sense he’d have sold us last summer.

We were a relegation candidate from the moment we went up and he more than anyone would’ve known how pitifully he was going to support Bilic.

The man is a fool, Christ only knows how he ( supposedly ) got rich in the first place, I wouldn’t let him run a stall at a summer fete.

Even now, a sale at £100m plus cashing in on Johnstone, Pereirra and a couple of others and trousering some parachute money would recoup his investment.

He could even build in future payments based on the club status.

I have no idea what this buffoons end game is.

Sometimes people are so rich they can afford to destroy something just to make the likes of us peasants suffer.

We have the most insignificant and small owner in football in all aspects, the man is a walking s h I t stain.

The clue Dave is saying a flat NO to the 700,000 compensation to Lincoln! Not that we wanted him!!

Having a competitive budget does not guarantee that it will be spent wisely, even accepting that it is true. Our recruitment record suggests that it could be wasted; these are the people that lavished many millions on the likes of Zohore, Burke and Grant!

    True.

I'd rather spend £5m shrewdly, than £25m unwisely.

That's why I say its not all about how much we spend, but what we spend it on.
