Imagine Your a CEO or on a Board?

Imagine you are a CEO or a Board Director running a large well known company. Collectively you all make a crucial decision on the most senior individual to manage Operations and after hours of debate over weekends a decision is made.

Then..,,. The owner overseas who never gets involved then says a big NO to his Board who have made this decision!

What must these Directors be thinking? How must Luke Dowling be thinking? Who has spilled the beans to the press!

I have been undermined myself in a very senior position and walked!

The club is a complete shambles..,,

But they won’t because they have no backbone.

They find themselves in jobs they’re not qualified for being paid wages they cannot believe or hope to replicate elsewhere and allow themselves to be walked all over to sustain that job.

24 years ago I gave up a job paying me £33k a year and a company car ( this was very decent money in 1997 ) and this was all because I felt I was working for morons.

I didn’t trust my bosses or respect their ridiculous decisions and their “sales prevention” tactics as I saw them.

Autonomy started to be removed from lads like me who knew the game inside out, a bit like coppers on the beat being controlled by a Chief Superintendent who’s a university graduate who’s never felt a collar.

I had three young kids when I told them to stick it.

I was told be my boss I was making the biggest mistake of my life in leaving.......I literally laughed in his face.

I have no time for people like Luke Drowning who bend over and let themselves get f u c k e s in the a r s e and made to look pathetic.

It's sad but you are correct! The chap called Ken is the CEO and just 26 and a chum of Lai so he won't rock the boat! Dowling runs off to China when called like a little boy. Li PIE the Chairman or what the f uck he's called is another chum of Lai. Mark Miles is an Operations Director and most likely would not get a better job unless he up roots.

Lai is controlling this shower on sticks and he does not even like football. If you didn't laugh you would cry!
