    From sacked by Preston to Albion boss, I am lost for words and have smoke starting to come out of my ears…please tell me this is a windup and I will wake up soon…

    To be honest, out of Alex Neil, Appleton or McInnes. I'd probably plump for Neil.

    I think he did an okay job at Preston, it just went a bit stale. He had one of the lowest budgets in the league there don't forget and they regularly finished top half.

    He took Norwich to promotion and did a reasonable job at Preston.

    I think he will be the next Bill Shankly. You have to see where he managed and what he had at his disposal.
    Mourinho wouldn't do any good with our budget.
