Well that's it mate,it's all downhill from now on and I would price up a decent funeral plan if I was you,don't expect your Mrs to put up with you either now that you are heading towards old age as she's probably got her eyes on a younger stud that lives of own the road and worst still supports Sheffield It's,don't comb your hair to hard as every morning a little more detaches itself from your head and boldness creeps in,your knees start to ache but don't worry about that as it's nothing compared to the pain in your back and your days of getting a good night's sleep slowly gets less and less due to having to go for a piss three or four times a night,your friends start dying around you from ill health and suddenly you notice that you can't hold your piss as long as you used to so you get fitted with a bag that strapped to your leg,nappys are readily available online in adult sizes so it's not that bad,don't worry about the lack of *** as your memory will go and you won't remember what to do anyhow even if you do shack up with another woman who's boob's reach her navel,apart from that it's not to bad
