    <> Edgar Davids <>

Edgar Davids sacked has manager of Portuguese side Olhanense, after 7 months in charge.

I used this has a excuse, to mention the man has a player.

When Edgar Davids came to the New York Stadium, has player manager of Barnet, he gave
a master class performance in football, coming off the pitch to a standing ovation when he
    was subbed.

ELK. Just seen this one from a very reliable website...not wishing to tread on your toes btw

Steve Cooper is set to leave his position as head coach of Swansea City, after two years in charge.

Cooper is close to agreeing a mutual termination of his contract with the Championship club, and an official announcement could be made later this week.

Thanks for that mate, there as been something wrong at Swansea since the season end, it was mentioned on breaking football
news a few weeks ago, that Steve Cooper had not been verbal as to football, then just over a week ago he started talking.
He was mentioned to take over a few different clubs, but did not happen.

It's now on the sky sports website so it must have some credibility
They may have nicked it from the website I saw but I'm sure they do their own investigations otherwise they will look a bit daft

Steve Cooper contract terminated by mutual consent.

It seems with Swansea City not renewing forward Andre Ayew contract, who was a big earner
at the club, the club is tightening its purse strings, & Steve Cooper getting a limited transfer
kitty, perhaps he thought he could not take the club any further.
Been said the club wants a new manager who will work with the young players, so has the covid-19
    virus hit the club financially.
Steve Cooper lost 3 key players from his playing staff, before Ayew not being offered a new contract,

    Dan James to Manchester United
    Oli McBurnie to Sheffield United
    Joe Rodon to Tottenham Hotspur

Think Swansea are in the two stabs at premier league and failed position….this is when they cut back and players leave and finances get strained etc….plus COVID impact too this time….probably why Cooper as left….same happened at pigs a few years ago under Carlos the jackal….most football finance analysts suggest clubs have two full on goes at premier league and if they don’t then it becomes unsustainable....
