Absolutely no mention of this in the Tizer on Friday. That must have been when the letters got sent out.

Anyway, I thought Stewart borrowed a £3,000,000 interest free loan, to tie the club over because of lockdown?

He didn't take a loan did he?

Joke either way and a complete embarrassment.

Horrible if true and probably why Olasundae walked.
Exactly what we laughed at Wednesday for.

Why? It just goes to show how hard it has been to keep clubs afloat through the pandemic if it's affecting even well run ones like RUFC. I doubt it something TS has done lightly.

We've been offered an interest free loan that we haven't taken. When asked about the loan back in Feb TS said they'd considered it. Have we taken one or not?

If we have we should not be furloughing staff, especially at the same time we are trying to sign them to new contracts.

Shouldn't have laughed at any other team doing this in the first place, piggies or no. As others have said, its amazing that no club has gone out of business and surprised that only a couple of clubs have done this so far. Whatever it takes to stay solvent, for us or anyone. Just hoped it doesn't affect the staff's spirit.
