    When does pre season training for 2021-22 season start.

    When does pre season training for the 2021-22 season start.
    We play our first per season friendly at Forfar on Saturday 26th June which is two weeks today.

    They’re back on Thursday 17th

    Thanks for the information.
    That is only a four week break since the second leg of the play off games against Kilmarnock.
    In my opinion the close season is far too short.
    When there was an 18 team league the season finished at the end of April and the players got a two months break.

    That’s why those who continually haver about changing to “Summer Football” are talking nonsense. The season is basically 11 months long and we have already been playing summer football for a few years with the league cup.

    In a normal season the football players that are involved in play off matches are getting less annual leave than people working in a full time job.
