    Colonel Abrams Signs

In all seriousness, even though he hasn't set the world on fire yet in terms of goals per games, he's the right age.

Again we see a two year contract and a player arriving with potential resale value.

Hopefully he'll be a step up from the likes of Patrick and Zanzala.

And to add - Newport wanted to keep him and offered him a deal, but we out muscled them financially.

He's a London boy, so we'd have to offer him a decent wedge to persuade him "to commit to the area".

Sad ending for Colonel Abrams, he died homeless around five years back.

As for Tristan, time will tell - I am not enthralled or expect much from those two ****ers on the recruitment front.

Newport probably offered him peanuts and wanted him as a squad player whereas for us he is a marquee signing, probably blew most of the budget on him as well.

Enough of these negative waves, man.

In my book we needed to freshen the forward line up and it looks like we're doing just that.
