Southend United have given fans who purchased season cards for 2020-21 season
a update regarding compensation.
The clubs says after a difficult 18 month's on & off the pitch etc.
They are implementing new procedures & processes with a view to improving the
customer & fan journey & experience.
The update will provide fans with information in relation to compensation, for all those
who purchased a season card for 2020-21.
Covid has had a huge impact on the club, its business & cashflow, they say they want
to compensate the fans who purchased the season card 2020-21, for their loyalty.

There is 2 options available to fans, either donate to the club or request a credit on
season card.
* Incentive of donation - Which benefits the fan, the club honours the price of 2021-22
season card for the 2022-23 season, & a Unique Exclusive Replica Shirt offer
[if renewing 2021-22], as well as free entry to friendlies & the fans name on the
" Wall of Thanks ".
The club says it would be great if fans help the club & donate the balance of the season
card, but the club accepts that every fan might have different circumstances money wise.
The Club recognises loyalty - All fans who purchased the 2020-21 season card, donate or
not will be issued a exclusive lanyard benefit, [ & season card if renewed ] offering
exclusive training session at Roots Hall, followed by meet the players. [ rules permitting ].

Options to the fans -
