It's not so much the result but the performance that I found irritating last night and today I am questioning Southgate's system. With pacy forwards I'm wondering why the buildups are so slow and negative with players constantly focussing on possession rather than looking forward.
In possession we were slow and lazy. I understand Scotland played a back 5 but they were never tested as every move ended with a backward pass.
Out of possession there was very little pressing or energy and when we did turn it over it seemed time stopped for our players until Scotland were back in shape.

I read somewhere that in England's two matches so far, Kane, Stirling, Rashford, Foden and Grealish have managed a grand total of 4 shots on target between them.

That's 4 shots in over 3 hours of football. Going nowhere in this tournament if we continue to play like that.
