One way in which a new ownership will occur is if the current Holdings board collapses. We know what would bring that about. Then Philip Day / Purepay as the real owner would decide who the next owner would be.

However, if we envisage the current Holdings board continuing for a while then it could be that Philip Day / Purepay would let the current Holdings board make the decision. I think that this is unlikely. The only way that a new ownership will occur is when the debts to Purepay and Pioneer have been annulled as part of the transfer of ownership. Thus Philip Day / Purepay as the real owner would decide who the next owner would be.

Does anyone believe that there will be any circumstances in which Godfrey, Walker and Pike would have any say whatsoever in who the next owner would be?
