Ps I remember your toga party in the 80s at oakwell. 2-2 draw if I remember right . haha
You are a nice bunch of supporters. My memory is of you lot beating us 1-2 at the hawthorns and sat in front of me in the Brummie end were two old ladies knitting Barnsley scarves ....Never forgot it. There was a match when 100 spurs fans came into the Brummie end with flick knives in the 70's but those two old ladies took the biscuit, and I remember them more.

I was slightly more perturbed by those Spurs fans in 77 mate 🤣

0-2 down and we won 4-2, one of the best matches I’ve seen at our place.

One of my favourites too. I climbed the 10 foot fence. First and last time

We went to Barnsley late eighties early nineties, the old bill stopped us going into the town , we ended up at a very close leisure centre , having a pint with a wedding party, I think our ugly mugs got on the wedding video.
Really pleased with this appointment. Maybe we have turned a corner. Fingers crossed

I don’t like them because they weren’t good enough in the last third of the championship - too slow and lazy! I didn’t like Phillips either but to be fair he did improve under Fat Sam but still went missing far too often! Maybe there will be more improvement/effort under the new manager!
