Our accounts team who are dealing with the hospitality tickets are laughable. They owe us a refund of over 2k for the canceled season. We renewed for 5 tickets at £1200 and according to accounts it's £820 per month for 10 month. I've asked them to confirm twice and they are adamant it's correct. 🥴 There's no wonder warne works in salted nuts
