Can't get on the site for tickets, keep getting ifollow all the time.
when I try to sign in coming up password / email address not correct.

Looks like i will have to send them a e-mail, tried resetting password, saying check my e-mails, nowt
coming back, because all I'm getting is ifollow.

Did you update your details ?

You won't be able to buy season tickets online till Monday at 10am.
Any cash in your Account Wallet will be used for a renewal, that includes automatic renewal and the interest free direct debit monthly scheme.

I tried this morning Frank, everytime taking me to ifollow.

Then I used the e-mail address you gave me, got onto proper site & sorted. Thanks mate

I keep trying to get the ticketing Frank, but keeps going to ifollow, which I never used during the season, to me updating
my account, i bought sirts twice off the site with no problem.
I have e-mailed club & await reply, thanks for input Frank.

Not certain Eric I think the Merchandise and Ticketing are two separate set ups.
A friend updated his details and couldn't access his account. He had to change password and then got straight onto it.
If you're not receiving Email replies from the club when updating your password you need to ask the club which Email address your ticketing account is registered with.

You may get it sorted by May 2022.....😃

Last time I purchased anything was the raffle for the Ladapo shirt in March 2021, & bought 2 different
shirts before that.
what I did previously was used the same password for both shop & ticketing.

Just in case some of you are thick 😉 there is two account one for shop and one for tickets.
Go on main Rotherham web site and you’ll see tickets which you click on and should take you there if not get down to club and sort them out
