In Saudi Arabia the local population and foreigners are ordered to attend beheadings, if you dont you will be whipped till you do, or arrested if you are a foreigner. The message is that this will happen to you, if you dont comply.
Is there a difference between that and having your season ticket taken away if you dont comply, and the above?
