Interesting. Not unhappy with that but as said previously, you do feel that if he wants to be Motherwell manager one day he'd be better going off to be the main man somewhere else and coming back rather than remaining in the backroom.
Also wonder if we considered giving him a proper contract should the decision be that he's here for life essentially.

I think Keith adds valuable knowledge of the Scottish game to the management team as the two others have only had half a season in Scotland and were concentrating on hauling us out the relegation places. His deeper knowledge of the game/clubs here must be a plus.
