When will the "upper order" in English cricket actually perform?

I don't know anywhere else I can post this but......

We have Malan who can't score if his life depends on it (and walks when he hasn't actually touched the f00king ball), Bairstow who thinks he can hit everything out of the ground (and he cant), and Morgan who seems to think that looking "calm and collected" is enough compensation for not knowing what end of a cricket bat is which!!

All is left to the middle/lower order to provide some degree of acceptability, unacceptable

Malan, 3 innings, two ducks, 1 run. Bairstow singing a similar song (and he s a f00king Yorkshireman so criticising him doesn't come easy!). My comment was about the upper order, not the team as a whole. Can you imagine the results if the upper order performed like they can when the go off to play in the IPL?

Cricket has so many variables though but it’s in the rules isn’t it that the English top order must collapse from a winning position at least once a year? 😉

Think you be correct, but not EVERY f00king match!!!! And now we have Bairstow out for 5, trying to launch the ball into space ffs!

And then we get "Mr Thoughtful", captain Morgan, England needing 4 runs off 5 balls and he too decides its time to launch a satellite, tw4t. No, we can't bat as a team, we just have one or two who are exceptional occasionally and we have faced some poor bowling (says a lot for our upper order)

Almost threw it away against Pakistan but it always nice to beat them in their own back yard
