Its not freedom day - its a choice day. My choice - eff off to masks. Well that's a start anyway.
Had some bad news the weekend, a mate of mine lost his son aged 34.
Covid has not gone away, be careful.

With more Covid cases than weve ever had round here and hearing of another death yesterday I will be playing safe for quite some time.
Me too. Having seen a daughter who has had two jabs , two grandsons and a grandaughter suffer Covid and be completely knocked off their feet and having to spend days in bed, I shall carry on wearing a mask inside buildings such as supermarkets etc and I won't hesitate to tell someone to move away from me if they ain't wearing a mask. I could not care less that they don't have to comply with wearing a mask. I shall wear one at The Hawthorns as well.
I’ll only wear a mask in confined spaces from now on or in shops if the majority of other people are.
If I catch it I catch it......for some reason it’s now a case of Covid being the only disease it’s illegal to get ill or die from.
I hate wearing these masks but if they reduce the chances of getting the plague then I will continue to wear one in shops and supermarkets p, probably at the Albion too. Before Covid, I always seemed to go down with a heavy cold every Winter and at least since the first lockdown, I haven’t even had any sort of cold, most pleasing!
There’s a massive misconception about masks, they don’t reduce YOUR risk of getting Covid ( not unless they have a valve built in and are sucked right to your face ), a gas mask type fit.
Wearing masks stops a lot of what comes out of your mouth, that is all
Kets.
If you’re in a room wearing a mask with other people who are not wearing a mask then it’s almost certain that if they are infected then you’re going to get infected.
A mask isn’t going to save you.
Yes, I am aware of that but if I don’t wear one I can’t expect others to do so; the more of us that wear them in indoor places the safer we will be, at least to some extent.
