    Why should they.
John Nelms will soon change his tune if Dundee supporters who purchase a ticket before a league game or PATG decide to not bother going back to Dens when the capacity returns to something like normal because they have been treated like second class supporters.
FPS will notice a big drop in income.

John Nelms is not good at communication with the Dundee supporters. He has never explained why he changed his vote to prematurely end the 2019-20 season.

    Because they should.

So anyone rocking up to Dens can get a ticket before a season ticket holder?

Not at all, 2 entirely different situations. West Ham game was a pre-season friendly being played in the afternoon on a Friday where they would have probably struggled to sell 2000 tickets.

The St Mirren game on Saturday is a league match which season ticket holders have already paid for so are correctly being given the tickets for in exchange for the match voucher in season ticket.
Only when all season ticket holders have had a chance to get a ticket should pay at the gate fans get a chance to buy a ticket.

Hopefully by August, we’ll have stopped listening to the dentist wi a voice like a yappy dog and opened everything up

    Exactly.

My argument is DFC made zero attempt to get PATG in, zero, nada, zilch.

They asked for the season ticket amount as its less hassle for them.

But they will be asking those same fans who they have blanked to turn up later in the season.

    Appalling.

Think club will be keen to get patg back on stream as soon as possible. IMO they should be thinking about how they are going to achieve that. All this sort of bubble reallocation of seating should be considered a temporary measure. Football clubs will not want the process that they have adopted for this Saturdays round of games to become the new normal.

I think the fans need to speak up and make suggestions as to how they would like their club to proceed. Polls can help. I think having different seating arrangements for the different stands might be worthwhile.
