    My feelings as well

Just read this in the Chronic.

"The late September date for a jurisdiction hearing was met with dismay by Newcastle fans but the truth is the Competitions Appeal Tribunal is a long-term process. If there is a decision to proceed, it will take months for industry specialists to decide how much United's owner might have been in line to lose before the case begins.

A full legal case would certainly test key points of Premier League policy and prove revealing but arbitration - if it's the early part of 2022 - would likely come first."

So, even though the CAT case may start in late September, the whole process is a long, drawn out one that will last months and months and more likely longer.

Can't see PIF staying the distance-there'll be a big European club they'll turn their interest to.

This limbo we are in is 14 yrs in the making.

The Premier league are no more to blame than Ashley himself... they are however guilty of holding a club back to satisfy other clubs.

I am drained and worn out by the whole thing, meanwhile our rotting corpse of a club maintains the slightest of pulses and the slow death continues with Ashley, Charnley and Bruce torturing us until we flat line

I remember as a ****ager, hating Mckeag and his cronies. This is far worse, because this time, we KNOW there IS money available.

Aye....and Bruce is happy to peddle the false narrative that we have no money.

Fatso is to blame for the state we're in, the PL are to blame for denying us the opportunity to escape it but Bruce is fully complicit in what fatso is doing.

If he had ANY self respect he would say it how it is and walk (and for anyone reading thinking 'well you wouldn't give up your job just because you didn't agree with your boss', well that's exactly what I did last year so I can say with 100% certainty that Bruce has no self respect. And is a cunt. )

look lads, i can already tell you how this will play out. We are the first case to be heard after the summer break for the CAT courts.
The PL lawyers will look to delay come Sept 27th, IF the judge grants their request, it will be another 6 weeks.
NUFC will ask for the case to be fast tracked in line with public interest and integrity of the sport. Again it is the judges decision, the judge will take up to 8 weeks to decide ( Jan 3rd ) if the judge goes our way , the case will start within 4 weeks ( jan 31st )
disclosure comes 6 weeks into the case ( March 21st ) the PL will fold before then, if the clubs claims are as strong as they say.
If th PIF have walked by then, MA will still get his compensation for any money he has had to spend since June 2020 on the club, and interest, and he will also keep the 17m deposit made by PIF.
IF PIF are still willing to do a deal, we will get new owners by end of season.
If we go down, deal is off, MA still gets the compo
If the deal goes through MA still gets the compo and the 300m sale
If the superleague happens first, the Saudi's back out, and MA still gets his compo
    MA will win either way.

The SO CALLED FANS that go to the games are what feeds him, keeps him, and push us further into nowhere
