Great drink the magnet avondale, even though I dont think it's as good as it used to be a few years back (OMG I'm turning into mi dad&#128539 but the Milton and Yellow Lion at Greasbro do a really good pint 🍺 and I also loved the Wards, and the Turners Arms (Green Bricks) in the Holmes area had a great pint, but as has already been mentioned on here, the smell of it as you drank it left a lot to be desired. Wards used to give me a headache even if I only had one pint, could be down to all the chemicals that were in it.
Magnet is a lovely drink if it's kept right.
Usually drink bottled beers at home and Real Ales when out and about, prefer the darker one's, Porter, Stout etc, not to everyone's taste though.

I always drank magnet, the Plant Hotel & the Roman in Mexborough, Bottom
club at Swinton, when magnet was a good beer.
Tried magnet in other places, absolute crap now, not the same has before.
