Orchids. last years, Not actually neglect but not bad.
soak once a week. cut dead stem off. keep re-growing. excellent.
I’ve grown some chill plants on the kitchen window and they have grown really thick and about 4 foot tall.
Flowered a couple of weeks back and getting taller but still no fruit.
Any suggestions welcome.
two noads. just submerge in hand warm water for 2 hours. once a week even when not seasonal drain then keep in light but not full sun.
they like a difference in night time temps not sure how you would get on over there.
plus you get new growth between leaves.
If you are brilliant like me.
next time. spray gently. or use a tiny paint brush to dab amongst the flowers. or gentle shaking the plants.
Thanks for the tips.
Are they too late to save then?
I was hoping the flowers would drop off and a fruit would replace it.
flowers shouldn't drop off.
once fertilised fruit will start growing from the centre of the flowers. then petats drop off.
no flowers no fruit.
