    No but I actually agree with noahrab on this being a failure. The drug issue in this country has been done to death on here, some have a zero tolerance view, myself I think of the families involved, it cud pretty much happen to any family rich or poor. We have to dealing with this in a different way as whatever they are doing isn't working. Listen to ex addicts on what can be done to help people and their families.
    What I don't agree with is people's deaths being used to political point score which is often done on here imo.
