Just watched these highlights again, if you can call them that and we hardly seemed to have the ball at all in their half.
Man City did look a class team but Im trying not to take too much from this, as its only a friendly!!.
Collins wasn't having a good game but he did help himself out later with the penalty save, and that was a real strikers foul by Woodrow wasn't it which led to the pen.
And it didn't seem right us not playing in normal red n white!.

Schopp's Spackman MK 2. That thrashing will gain us a 1-0 defeat at Cardiff City because the players will play behind the ball and not give it away. The one lapse will cost us. If we are expansive we'll get mullered 4-0.

If there's one manager who started decently and then fell apart, it was spanker Spackman.

Had it been a close fought defeat at Man City I think it would have been a better learning exercise, but to go there and eventually live up to what always was the threat of a real thrashing, well its baffling to say the least.

As for tomorrow, we always do badly against Cardiff so any sort of point will be a good one. Although Im trying to get away from the 'take a point' mentality, as it gets us nowhere in the end.
