Easy advice for you Eric for getting to Bluecoates without straining your fetlocks !

Walk up Wellgate enter multi storey car park get in lift just through door press button to top floor, exit lift walk into outdoor car park and 20 yds from Bluecoates back door , easy peasy

Sound advice that, may give that a try sometime..
