Might be a bit of a last chance saloon but I can't help feeling it will probably be the making of him. Good luck to the lad.

If he does there will be several posters bemoaning the fact that we didn't try to get him in loan again.

His cameo against Sheff Wed at home showed that he has "something". Was he just raising his game because of the opposition?

As others have said, there's the sneaking feeling that he'll go to Pompey and tear it up. We shall see.

Imo he didn’t get the starts he needed, get that and he’s up and running.
Could money be a factor? Or maybe we didn’t want to bother this time round

Interesting to see if the drop in division has any great impact on his goals return.
If it takes 30 years to hit the top corner it's hardly a screamer!
You would hope Viktor would have time to see it coming although he'll probably have retired by then 😉

It was never an issue of his ability for me. He didn’t take poor touches or miss sitters.

I just don’t think that our direct style suited him. He didn’t get any clear cute chances and played deep or out wide to come and look for the ball.

George Hurst joins Portsmouth, season long loan, from Leicester City.
