Hey Wander kid lol, I see it was another 0-0 for Bolton in the Lg cup at Wigan. And the luck went against your team this time on penalties didn't it. But ne'eer mind ehh, its promotion this season isn't it for Bolton ?.
And hey I listen to Radio Leeds a lot and for example Bradford are saying the same things. Forget abot the cups, its promotion that we want etc (from Lg Two).
I think thats a calm and nice way of saying that the Lg Cup is absolutely sh*ite.

Gutted mate. In his wisdom our manager decided to give game time to fringe squad players so he made 8 changes - as if he didn't understand how important it is to the fans to beat the Laxatives - only 6 miles from Bolton.
The game itself was a borefest and although the lads who played acquitted themselves well overall, we had no cutting edge and missed two glorious opportunities to win it.
The two back up strikers who we signed in the summer are both injured so we dominated possession and went absolutely nowhere with it.
I know the league cup ain't what it used to be, but it's still a chance for the fringe players to stake a claim for a starting spot - ours didn't but at least they'll be in better shape if called upon.
Promotion? No chance, we've just got into this league and consolidation would be the target although we have been tipped for a playoff place. Whatever happens it won't be boring. In the four league games so far we've scored 9 and conceded 7 and every game has been a close thriller so at least we'll be entertained
