Painful this..Ajax look streets ahead at the moment.
I’m saving my suffering for the first game of the season when I’ll be watching it with scum supporters

And Andy huffing cos he didn’t get to do the matchday thread.

Fair to say this pre-season has been a shocker...scum game should be a giggle (not!)

Phillips makes a huge difference but we look so lightweight without him

What reinforcements, click bait continue to link us with wingers, we have wingers, in abundance, midfield creator and enforcer, plus striker we don't have.

That’s my point we need reinforcements

We probably have a decent 14 and then it gets thin unless someone steps up.

    Meslier
    Ayling Llorente Struijk Firpo
    Phillips
    Raph Dallas Rodrigo Harrison
    BamBam

    Koch Cooper Klich Klaesaen

And then there is a drop off

We do seem to be linked with a lot of midfielders but the most likely seems to be the lad from Huddersfield who may not make an immediate impact in the Prem.

Noah Lang would be good as he can play in a more advanced role too but would be nice to add real quality to the middle of the park.

Not sure if Klich has recovered his mojo properly yet.

Hey ho - at least we try to play good football and slowly but surely things are moving in the right direction.
