Better than Raith and yet they outsmart us every time. So is that because they have better players than us or because our manager is a chump?

Not shaken them off because of not winning enough games and mainly because of poor results in the six pointers against Raith

Yip...our points total from games v Raith, Partick and Morton have not been good enough. That is why we can't shake Raith off. The game v Raith, may well end up a title decider but that will only happen if we take care of the rest of the games. As I have said before, one game at a time and not worrying about Raiths games. We need to take care of our matches. There is no reason that we shouldn't be looking to win all our remaining games. Very achievable if you look at it one game at a time. We need to be busting a bollok in every game. The league is on our own hands!

We all have a right to criticise performances, I have done so myself. That is not an issue.

For some perspective Dundee are battling for top 6 (Their highest ever finish since the inception of the Premier league nearly 50 years ago has been 5th). So one of the best Dundee teams of the modern era.

Last season at this same period in The Championship after 28 games this same Dundee had 49 points with a +15 goal difference. We have 58 points with a +38 goal difference.

We are having a good season as a whole but with some poor performances especially in 3rd quarter. Its perspective that is required, Criticism when we are bad yes but some of the stuff has ben a bit OTT given we have accumulated one of the highest points total in The Championship of recent years.
Its not the same Dundee team, half of that team are playing for Raith and others. There is an all stars element to the current side with players from the EPL.

So going by your theory this current United squad could actually be challenging for third place in the Premiership. You are in happy clapping dream land. Drama queens etc. show real passion for the club whilst the happy clappers go running looking for excuses and statistics to hide behind. This is also known as a loser mentality.

Think Ian Murray's game management is the reason they are doing so well. He knows he can break a teams momentum up by having the subs ready, has the players playing to their strengths, staying down when time needs wasted, and contain teams well, Players only exert themselves for short time periods when they are goals behind so don't waste energy Bench has the experience to see out this plan

Raith were a bit lucky from what I saw the last half hour, donkey Graham should have scored and thistle hit the post at the death. Some stinking play from both sides. At this stage it doesn't matter, we have had our chances to have a comfortable lead and repeatedly failed to capitalise when Raith have slipped up and in our games against them. Do or die now, it almost doesn't matter if we are the better team, over a longer distance it should tell, but position we've got ourselves in it hasn't, plus they can have a claim to better team with the head to heads. Nothing for it now but to embrace the challenge, and for players, manager to stand up and be counted, get the job done.

We have some cheek claiming Raith are getting lucky because they're playing sh*te, yet still picking up the points. We've been absolutely woeful at times this season whilst picking up our wins, the turn of the year especially. That win vs Morton was as bad a we've been, but because we picked up the three points, it almost went unnoticed.
