O'Kelly follows Terry out the door

Bit of a surprise, I always thought that O'Kelly was ***** to Dean. Obviously not.

Unsung hero, thanks for all of your efforts.

Something is up, Smith side kick would not leave the club 2 days before the seaon starts! Shaky surely promoted, not a good time to change the backroom staff.
    Terry
    O'Kelly

In most professions people leave with notice or if their period of notice could be a risk to the business then they're asked to go forth with their notice paid up. Something definitely seems to be up for JT & him to go, JT being the higher profile one with a reputation to protect for future manager roles issued his own statement which I am sure was all agreed before it was announced.

With Jack gone, Deano now has his chance to mould his own team and with that will come a greater pressure as JG's contributions were immense in each of his seasons. Onwards and upwards.
