I’m afraid that I don’t believe you about not being Triffids; your slip on the other thread gave you away. I was also interested in High Street’s comment on the other board where he called you by a certain name, and the same name is contained in your email address. So I’m arranging a permanent retirement for Triffids and a rest for yourself the same as that which you got on TheCumbrians.net. I think that might give us all some time to think.

Kess has always been pro this board so I’d find it very odd he’d post as triffids to try and ruin it - that’s just my opinion.

Someone is trying to set me up I think. Can you tell griff I understand why he might think what he does, but to hear me out and give me a chance to try and prove I'm innocent?

I think High Street once referred to me as Tim on the other forum because he thinks I'm Piglet. A few people have suggested that too. I don't know how I can absolutely prove that I'm not him as it's difficult proving a negative. But I saw you in town on the evening of 13th June near the Baths wearing a Hawaiin shirt. 7-8 at night roughly. There's not really any feasible way I could know that in Canada.

It seems triffids email address contained the name Tim and griff thinks those two things are connected and point to me. Every time I signed up to a forum with my real email account in the past I got lots of spam so now I use a separate dedicated email for forum signup. If I was going to post under multiple accounts I would be especially careful that neither of the email addresses were linked or contained my name.

As for triffids edited post, he's trying to convince people he's me, and so far I am the only person on there who calls him bob. So the perfect way to implicate me is to call himself bob "by mistake" end then leave it a while until a few people are likely to have seen it and then edit to correct his "mistake". It might look damning but I promise you I'm not triffids. I know that multiple accounts aren't allowed and will be banned if caught, do you think I'd risk using an email address containing my real name if I was breaking the rules?
