Cheers guys .... it's gettin tae that excitin part o' the year .... the brambles are ripenin, the elderberries will follow... my two favourite wine ingredients. Hopefully Ah can improve on the 14lbs o' elderberries Ah gathered last year .... but Ah'll need tae go some tae top the 49lbs o' brambles
