Pathetic decision! I am sure Val will be expected to run away with the league and get promoted so Lai can cash in!!!

Bit like BS - calling for a carpenter to do a great job with s hit tools!

Val has the expectation of miracles with no decent striker - a lazy lump like Grant - Livermore who was past it two years ago and Phillips who some times turns up plus a pub striker who like pies - Zohore! Some are already grumbling whilst Lai is chuffed to bits with zero spend and the Pereira/parachute dosh!

Funny old world! Sheffield is not too far from Nottingham - Darren Moore ?

Another club with Owners who have massive expectations and ambition but don’t back it up by supporting their Managers.

Hughton is the 19th, yes 19th, Manger to be sacked by Forest since 2011.

Still think they should be winning the Champions League but with average journeyman players. Any Manager can only do so much. Lai please take note.

Might be worth having £50 on Val being sacked by Xmas as odds will be good. Unless we are 10 points clear by Xmas and playing Barcelona football with the weakest squad in years the sack drums could be rolling! Mr Lai wants promotion at zero cost so he gets another 50 million on his sale price.

Don’t think they will! Yes we should have won but give Derby credit they played well too! Think Rooney will slowly turn them around!

I was referring to the fact that they are likely to be docked points.

Good manager, just shows, it’s all about timing. Get a tough job and no manager is good enough. Would love to see how Klop would get on at forest with no cash.

Dismal form, poor brand of football and the squad at Forest isn't that bad. They really should be a promotion threat with Garner, Grabban, Worrall and the young kid Brennan Johnson. You can't get away with 6 defeats in 7 unless your team is fodder.

Exactly! Would love to see Lampard too at West Brom with no cash - oh I forgot he was NOT interested in the West Brom job just like Fat Sam and a few others and can't blame them! Full credit to Val for coming still with zero cash and the weakest West Brom squad in many years. But still Val's doing a decent job when dealing with dross like Livermore, Grant, Zohore and other bog standard Championship players.

But some think we should be playing the football served up by Fulham who have big hitters like Wilson, Mitrovic etc
