I understand the lad hasn't played a single game since January .
Clearly the hold up with the visa didn't help but none the less that doesn't tell the whole story either .
Is he ever going to play or have we got a crock just how long does it take to get a professional footballer match fit I could understand it if he had a serious injury like 2 broken legs

If Obbi dosent make the grade - then that will be a massive detriment to the team this season.
We have seen how Morris is effective - but he rarely plays a full match - so we need at least another target striker that can play regularly.
We lost two important players last season that needed replacing - Mowatt and Dike.
Benson is a good replacement for Mowatt.
But we have still to see the replacement for Dike.
As I’ve said previously - the recruitment this summer was very good - except in one position - the club has not got enough target strikers.
It's mi back Guvnur.
Very dodgy things are backs. Tha can't rush 'em.
Other than Obbi , Morris and Victor .
The question may not be the amount of target strikers but more of the quality of them or their ability to actually remain fit , Morris has been plagued with injury most of his career .
Victor has limitations and Obbi is an unknown .
A club from the West Midlands who only just survived last season recruited Troy Deaney on loan by comparison and don't have gates much higher than ourselves .
When you shop with limited financial ambition it tends to be a bit hit and often miss with strikers .
For the very last time. We dont have the 17million to replace a striker that never was ours .
And im daft!
We have never replaced Neil Redfern... but we cant afford one of them either.
Ivverybody forgets we have Devante Cole.
And he din't cost us a penny.
That's what I call smart recruitment.
Victor has limitations as a target striker - because he isn’t one.
Far too light weight.
We only have two players with the height and strength to be target strikers and that’s Morris and Obbi.
Much of the successful tactics of last season was based on hitting the target striker/s early - causing mayhem for opposing defenders.
We still haven’t had that option this season because (while the window was still open) the recruitment team didn’t cover all eventualities in the target striker role.
