    The Thumb kicking flares!

I see that the fun and the Thumb have had to issue an apology after he kicked a flare off the pitch and into the crowd at last nights game...chants of what I assume is 'Leighdo' and then gently moving the flare off the pitch into about row Z. I mean, kicking an incendiary into a crowd of people...thats not great is it? I thought he would be a great signing for them but there is a real risk of him becoming a sideshow act. I think Nads would have been less of a risk!

I did read elsewhere that it hit a wee girl in the crowd. He has already sent a text to apologise, bought her flowers and is taking her out next weekend! .........allegedly, obviously!

    Their statement is funtastic

Making excuses for him booting it into the stand when it only needed moving inches to get it off the park and a video shows him volleying it towards the away fans

With Cummings & Sheridan I think they hunt in packs of three.
I do think tho that he'll get 20 goals this season if he buckles down.

The amount of Dundee and Celtic fans defending him is unbelievable. There is an argument that it should never have landed on the pitch but how anyone can excuse him kicking in to the stand is an absolute joke.

Butcher got one launched at him after the game on Sunday, would loved to have seen that lots reaction if he blootered it back into the Jerry Kerr.
