    O/T CO2 irony

Simultaneously too much and also too little CO2.

Insufficient CO2 for things like food packaging, fizzy drinks, abbatoir use which will lead to shortages and price rises.

Too much CO2 in the atmosphere causing climate change.

I know that there are companies looking at ways of drawing CO2 from the atmosphere/air but there are currently only a couple of very small scale prototypes. Sounds very much like the first production size operation will make a killing.

Good points made on the news this am, most use of co2 can be overcome by shopping locally ie using good old greengrocers and butchers not supermarkets, and by going for unstunned meat eg what Jews and Muslims do with. halal/kosher. The poor animals still die after all
