An eminent Psychologist Dr Dempsey once explained my diagnosis as a 'psychological scotoma’ a type of blind spot that only occurs in the way we view reality - she now actually works for Leeds Utd.

Reality is U23 squad has 20 players - average age 19.3.Those bought in where
Klaesson,Gelhardt,Hjelde,Drameh,Summerville,McKins try,Greenwood & McCarron.

A good mix of countries talent wise,emotion wise & you cannot put FFP rules ever to one side either time wise,talent wise when choosing players nowadays as its a serious business.

Talent is there no doubt in many Leeds management professional minds so we shall all see over time as the word ego will often crop up particularly within folks from pro-sports occupations.
Mentally ego's can over develop which can create issues with how pro-sports folks take on board advice,discipline & lifestyle.

Training any individual or group is not about skills alone and I've sat in therapy group sessions with many pro-sports athletes of all ages who found the daily pressures and information advice given to them as stars inconvenient for their egos and they've responded by turning a ‘blind eye’ to it and quickly found themselves running into personal crisis scenarios.
Unfortunately in any dispute with reality you will always lose eventually. - talent is there no doubt in many professional minds working behind the scenes at Leeds Utd so we shall see over TIME the rewards it'll bring the first team squad when players are deemed ready and how they cope with our inevitable judgements on them on the park and off it.
