    Matchday Thread: Derby v Reading

So, nul point v the blades. but did we expect anything? And did it hurt us much?

More important IMO is turning home draws into victories

Will we manage it v Reading?

If you know anything please tell...

Hmmm...nothing really ‘hurts us much’ in the situation we’re now in because it all seems so inevitable doesn’t it?
But us v one of the two best current ‘form teams’ in the Championship at the moment?
I’d love to be positive, but I suspect another brave performance and a draw is the best we can hope for, and a defeat more likely.
    1-3.

Who will be between the sticks? Allsopp or Marshall? I wouldn't be surprised to see Marshy back in.

That's an interesting one and of course there are different people pulling the strings now. As well as the best 'keeper' (by some distance from Allsop IMO) he is the best distributor of the ball, poor play out from the keepers, especially weighting of long balls, has been a real weak spot so far this season

After his apathetic performance against Forest last season, I'd be happy to never see Marshall in a Rams shirt again.

I’d be astonished. Rooney is nothing if not loyal to his ‘chosen ones’ and Allsop deserves his chance imo.
Personally I don’t think there’s much to choose between the three of them but after a bright start I ended up being very disappointed by Marshall as, apparently, did Rooney.

0-0 for the result today, 1-4-5-1 formation, neither team having enough to get the winner.

Hurrah, more support / power to your team lineup definition matrix MA: a 2nd, non cloggie, using it.

    Swale boo, boo

Cue Swale pulling the usual ‘fake account’ card
