Motherwell & Hearts question lock out

The Daily Mail reports that Motherwell and Hearts have written to the SPFL about the Glasgow clubs ban on away fans. There may not be many away fans wanting to attend those matches but it is important that the opportunity is there.

Good to see fan owned clubs sticking up for their supporters.

Indeed. Will also be interesting to see what we do to the Celtic away allocation in a few weeks. A Saturday 3pm kick-off not on telly would normally have been seen as a wee cash boost but I wonder if we'll make a point instead.

Take their money (and hike the price), and we all wear ear-plugs !

100% support the initiative to question the OF restrictions, but did Hearts not just last week say that they also are restricting visiting fans due to "possible" issues with Covid passport checking etc?? Is this still on the table?

We still have huge debates here in South Africa between those who are vaccinated and those who are resisting. In addition, there are still no crowds allowed at sporting events, but crowds are welcomed by political parties launching their manifestos ahead of next months local elections!! Oh well, at least we can still buy fuel!!

Where are the fuel stations that are open? I might get on a flight with 10 jerry cans !!
