What's the limit on paying by phone?
What if you wanted to donate some cash to somebody on the street collecting how can you pay them?

Dunno. It’s £100 contactless with cards now, I think it’s higher for phones.
When was the last time you saw a street collector, I haven’t seen one for decades. Unless you’re buying the Big Issue but I haven’t bought one since I saw one vendor getting into a Merc.

There's lots of them on the streets of Nottingham and as Alf says a fair number of them look Eastern European,if somebody is collecting for animals I always dig into my pockets and give but I don't buy the Big Issue

Tell me about it Alf!, Went to Ikea in West Quay Southampton a few weeks back and the big issue seller was Romanian shouting away on her smartphone.
