Notts have pulled out Tamworth in the FA Cup next week and it's a ground that I've never been to so may do it,wasn't that once in your neck of the woods, you been to the ground?

I’ve been to watch us in the cup. The away end is awful and has loads of concrete pillars so it’s a real squeeze when a decent following go. Tamworth also makes Rochdale look like Monte Carlo.

I don't mind grounds having a bit of character rather than the Mcstadiums of bigger clubs,I can't see them selling chicken kebabs at the ground though

Did you try one then? I had one the first game they started serving them and there was a bit too much bread for my liking. Not sure if they’ve improved or not as not had one since. Was very tasty though other than that.

I went for one at half time but they had ran out but the reports about them are very encouraging,it's good that RAFC listen to the fans when it comes improving the match day experience

Have been to Tamworth a number of times, even to watch Tamworth. I like the club, loud aggressive kop, 700 hard core. Or used to be. Had ambition too. If you go you can visit the snowdome across the road, it has a bar or two.

I will weigh up the fuel situation but hopefully things would have got back to normalish by then, the queues aren't anywhere as bad as they was a week ago

I've just googled how far away it is from here and it's only a hour away so I will definitely go if things pick up fuel wise
