Funny how it was posted on here about the sell on and it might be 15-20% then ends up in The Courier in the same week. Some cynics might say they're just regurgitating what's on here. My original post was a query/question to anyone more informed. I'll believe it when it's all done and dusted --if ever.

I'd be surprised if anything happens quickly on this. Stoke will want to hold onto him to be part of a promotion winning side and their attempt to stay in the EPL so it could be January or Summer 2023 before he moves.
But his value by then could be even higher if he performs well in the top league there.
If they don't get promoted they might cash him in summer next year so it could be a win/win for us.

What I can tell you for sure is that Nick Powell is an ar5ehole of the highest order
