That's the point - how many Covid deaths have there been with young people who don't have any underlying health conditions and they are not fat? Very few! I know lots of young people who are super fit and when they had Covid had they not carried out a lateral flow, they wouldn't have known they had it.

Robinson should be respected for making his own mind up as should the many other thousands of other fit young people. Plenty of oldies though still not been double jabbed and overweight too - so that's more of a concern when they may take up ICU space paid by the public purse.

I am double jabbed and awaiting the booster so certainly no axe to grind, but can understand why young and fit people don't want the jab.

Seems another case of too many people sticking their noses into other people's business. If anybody is worried then stay at home with a mask on and remember to have it over ones nose which many old people forget.

It’ll probably need that horror to make these muppets wake up.

More have died from heart attacks. Perhaps we should ban running about?

Not sure what you mean about penny dropping. The societal issues you mention are all separate.
The people dared to vote against Brexit against the wishes of the establishment, a mortal sin. A lot of the multi billionaires who have offshore bank accounts and feed you their news have financial interests in Europe, so do the majority of MP's. In a totalitarian country people would have been taken out and shot. We aren't quite there yet but boy we are being made to pay for going against their wishes.
Who caused the fuel panic? Who created the lockdowns yet still ended up with the highest death rates in Europe? Who neglected the NHS for years?
I have been double jabbed but I have always been sceptical of its effect, you can still catch Covid, spread it and die from it. Covid passports are just another form of controlling your movements. There was no Flu last year, I predict they will announce a severe one this year to get everyone back inside their homes. We are all going to die, either of Covid or more likely of something else. I prefer to enjoy myself rather than sitting in front of the TV and sea
    swallowing s hit.

Good point Des! Some idiots no doubt will boo Robinson but Lai must be laughing all the way to the bank at our supporters.

Neil Etheridge's account of his time in hospital is attached. It's worth a read, especially for those who think Covid's only a problem for old and fat asthmatics who are a doughnut away from exploding.......

Not according to last night's team sheet on the BBC website. He is however playing for their U23 side today against the Vile who are currently 0-2 up.
