American bully boy mentality where they think the one who can pay the highest legal bill will force the other into submission.
It’s true….. but Conflict of interests doesn’t bother them…..
They have a
Conflict of interest with 25% of our owners,
Conflict of interest with the council
Conflict of interest with our own fans
Conflict of interest with the EFL
Conflict of interest with the stand.
conflict of interest with the scoreboard ..
Can’t see that ruining two, clubs in the same country would be a big deal.

Just to underline the size of this club the stadium holds nearly 50k and is on the German national team host roster .
Give Conway 12 months and he'll take credit for the stadium despite the fact it was redeveloped for 2006 world cup .
I've never forgotten that fans meeting held when they took over at Oostende which I think it was ESR who found the footage .
Conway stands up and tells them about Connor Hourihane and how good their model is .
He failed to acknowledge that Hourihane left Oakwell 11 months before PMG arrived here !!! .
Esbjerg's American owners aim to buy into a club in Germany, but it will probably be from the 3rd League and down due to strict German rules on ownership
Esbjerg's American owners, Pacific Media Group, currently have six clubs at their disposal, but that number should very much be increased to seven.
Previously, board member Paul Conway has spoken openly about the owners trying to buy a Scottish club, but now the focus is on a German sister club to Esbjerg.
We want something to happen in Germany. And why that? Yes, we have all these clubs in countries around Germany, and we have German players and German coaches, so it will strengthen our whole group, says Paul Conway to the newspaper.
In Germany, the so-called 50 + 1 rule is used, which prevents an investor from owning the majority of shares in a club.
However, this only applies to the top two rows, which is why Conway and company can buy into a club from the 3rd League and down. According to JydskeVestkysten, the owners have previously been linked to Kaiserslautern.
In addition to Esbjerg, the Pacific Media Group clubs English Barnsley, French Nancy, Belgian Ostend, Dutch Den Bosch and Swiss FC Thun.
I wish they were in talks to sell a club....... OURS!
