    No McInness, definition not Lennon.

    Preferably not any Largs graduate.

    No Yanks either.
I know what you are saying but any Largs graduate would have been better than Glass, he was was utter sh1te at Atlanta.

Probably one of the biggest "jobs for the boys", cheers Cormack ya fud.

I’d have thought you would be wanting Malky Mackay

I would take relegation before Neil Lennon.

So DD, can we take it that like most of us have known for a wee while, you’ve also finally come to realise after today that Glass is a glorified PE teacher who’s in way over his heid cause his mate thought he wis affa clever and kent all about this fitba lark?

Assuming so, welcome aboard the good ship GTF Glass min.

And yes, I’d have Kenny Shiels over Glass, but then I’d have Kenny Everett over Glass & he’s been deid 25 odd years…

After the utter boredom of the latter McInnes years, I still maintain that we must try to play an entertaining brand of attacking football.
To achieve this I’m prepared to have the patience to watch a team getting better in stages.

I’ve nothing against Glass, I’m sure he’s trying his hardest.

I have no idea what is happening behind closed doors just as I had no idea whether the coaches being brought to the club were any use.

    What I didn’t like was

    1/ The corporate speak
    2/ Scott Brown

At least there was an argument about Scott Brown but that’s been busted.
He’s way past his sell by date and clearly holds no sway behind the scenes.

Still, at least we have the new training ground.

    What a difference that’s made.

We all wanted to see some new ideas and it was the right time for a change of management but it’s looking increasingly like this has been a shambles of an appointment.

I’ve no idea who or what is the answer but this could be a very expensive experiment if something doesn’t change quickly . If Glass is given more time and can’t turn it round we could be in the relegation play off position after this next run of fixtures . That might be what it takes to force Cormack to make a decision and admit he’s made a big mistake with Glass.

We may well end up in a situation like we were ten years ago when we needed to bring in an old head ( Craig Brown) just to keep us up.

    John Hughes anyone?

Not good viewing last night .
The problem here now is Glass signed a contract and to sack him now will prove very costly .

I honestly feel that some Sunday league managers would do a better job of managing this team .

Glass has to go and this may happen.on Monday if Cormack has any balls .
