Sadly delusional doesn't even begin to describe what he is saying. I say sadly because I liked Glass as a player and he seems a decent guy but if he truly believes some of the stuff he is saying then heaven help us

Agreed! I don't think things are as bad as some are making it out to be. I'd be worried if we'd been getting beat 4-0 every week. still have faith we'll pull it together. Got to laugh at some of these pant p!sher reactions to what glass has said

He always uses (clearly rehearsed) words/phrases like “the supporters can see what we are trying to do”; “the players believe in what we are trying to do”; “there is a process in place” etc.

Talk is cheap - just go and win some bloody games as good performances and victories is the only way to get points on the board!

So the only way to get victories is good performances? I'd say teams all over the world can play poorly but grind out wins. Glas s should be playing to the players strengths not trying to turn us into some kind of experiment with players not technically gifted enough to play his way!
